Wake Up

Terms of Use

Wake Up: Wrist Tap Alarm
Effective date: October 27, 2026

Important safety notice

Wake Up is not a medical device. It cannot guarantee that you will wake up. Whether an alarm reaches you depends on things outside the app, including:

  • your iPhone and Apple Watch having power;
  • your settings, such as Silent Mode, Focus and alarm volume;
  • wearing your Apple Watch;
  • the connection between your iPhone and Apple Watch; and
  • operating system limits. For example, the system Stop control can end wrist taps, and Apple Watch alarm sessions have system limits.

Do not rely on Wake Up as your only alarm when oversleeping could have serious consequences, such as work, travel or medication. Battery forecasts are estimates only.
